🗓 Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.


✅ Eligible Items

We accept returns for:

  • Unused physical products in original packaging
  • Items damaged during shipping (with photo proof)

Digital products (eBooks, downloadable files) are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital cookbooks and downloadable files
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

📦 How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@squiix.store
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We’ll send return instructions and return address

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You’ll be notified by email once the refund is processed.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or sent in error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
